Returns

Every effort has been made to ensure the quality and success of your iSnapMe. Under ordinary usage conditions, your iSnapMe will provide you with many years of use. In the unlikely event that you should need to return your iSnapMe, please read and be aware of the following return policy:

  1. All returns must be accompanied by an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Any defective item that results from the manufacturing process will be exchanged or repaired at no additional cost as long as our customer service department is notified using the form below within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Returns on undamaged and non-defective items will be accepted within 30 days from date of purchase, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  4. All returns must be sent in the original packaging in the same condition it was received.
  5. The RMA number must be clearly indicated on the package upon return shipping.
